The aim of unifying the mansion into a single compound, originally detached from the House of Goods, gave rise to this delightful accommodation which was recently built on two levels in harmony with local landscaping and architectural regulations. Lying in the midst of old oak trees and in the shadow of wild fruits and flowers, Balzacorta House takes its name from a resilient variety of short stemmed ears of wheat. A small balcony, on the upper floor and resembling an ancient falconry, stares downward to distant domains, while the downstairs rooms, orbiting the fire place afford a panoramic view reminiscent of the wild flora and fauna of the 19th century.
All the structures on the ground floor are completely accessible for disabled people.
